Vanessa and Melissa met on the first day of university in South Australia, each intrigued by the other's hair. Luckily for us, it was not just follicle fascination that bloomed over the last couple of years, as these two talented designers expanded their skills and knowledge and embarked on many a design adventure together.

Both studied a Bachelor of Applied Arts (Jewellery Design), and since graduating, Melissa has trained as a Gemmologist and Diamond Grader while also creating her own range (also available on Moose!), while Vanessa studied Graphic Design and has worked designing both prints and textiles.

With so many creative bases covered, these whimsical women apply their senses of style and humour to their new label, Parliament of Two. Each eye-catching black and white piece is a Victorian-era oddity created with a view to achieving the designer's master plan - world domination.
