Canadian super-talent Melinda Josie is one of our Favourite People We've Never Met. Based solely on a few e-mails, and mostly on her truly gorgeous print, illustration and paper work, we are a little bit - make that a lot - smitten with this Toronto native.

Melinda's visual style is instantly distinctive, combining soft hues with perfect colour combinations as she represents the natural world that shaped her formative years growing up in Northern Canada.

A graduate of Sheridan College, Melinda now lives and works in Toronto, while exhibiting her sought after works around the world. She also does freelance illustration for award-winning children's books, editorial work, and textile designs that we could quite easily drape ourselves and everything we own in.
